Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup for coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine the heavy whipping cream, milk, strawberry syrup for coffee, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
Use an electric hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture.
Start on low speed and gradually increase to medium-high speed.
Whip until the mixture thickens and forms soft peaks. This should take about 2 to 4 minutes. Do not over-whip, or it will turn into butter.
Prepare your favorite iced coffee at home.
Gently spoon the homemade cold foam over the top of your cold beverage.
Notes
For a thicker foam, use only heavy cream and reduce the milk slightly.
If you do not have strawberry syrup, you can blend 2 fresh strawberries with 1 teaspoon of sugar and strain the mixture before adding it to the cream.
This cold foam works well on cold brew or regular iced coffee.
