Create a sophisticated, antioxidant-rich, non alcoholic pomegranate drink perfect for summer gatherings. This fizzy, zesty spritz mocktail requires minimal effort for maximum visual impact.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or to taste)
  • 4 ounces chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pomegranate arils, for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a large wine glass or highball glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake briefly until the mixture is cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into your chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top the mixture with 4 ounces of chilled sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently once to combine.
  6. Garnish the drink generously with fresh pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary for a party mocktail presentation.

Notes

  • To make this a healthy spritz, reduce the simple syrup or substitute it with a few drops of liquid stevia.
  • For a deeper color, use 100% pure pomegranate juice.
  • Prepare the pomegranate lime soda base ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for quick assembly.
