Ingredients
Scale
2 large spinach tortillas
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken or mashed chickpeas (for filling)
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 small black olive slices (for eyes)
1 small piece of carrot, cut into a triangle (for nose)
Instructions
Mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped chives in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken or mashed chickpeas with the mayonnaise.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one spinach tortilla.
Spread the chicken or chickpea mixture over the second spinach tortilla.
Stack the two tortillas together.
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the stacked tortillas into the shape of Grogu’s head, making sure to leave two pointed sections sticking up for the ears.
Gently separate the layers slightly. Place the olive slices for eyes and the carrot triangle for the nose onto the front layer.
Serve this cute Grogu food immediately for a healthy Star Wars lunch.
Notes
For extra stability, you can use a toothpick to secure the ear shapes before cutting, removing it before serving.
If you are making a playful breakfast or lunch board, serve these wraps with carrot sticks and hummus.
You can substitute the spinach tortillas with regular whole wheat tortillas if needed.
